I got a 396 short block posted up in the classifeds. Guy emailed me, has a 1918 colt .22lr. I believe its a prewoodsman, in the pic it looks decent. So you gun gurus, is it about a even trade? Im asking 450 for the shortblock. thanks.
also the .22 is alot smaller than the big block taking up space in the garage! jim

take the pistol if it is a working shooter in good condition. my 10 year old gun traders guide shows it at 400.00. was made between 1915 and 1932. would guess its much more now. check at a book store of google it.

well, the guy was a no show. Jim
