Leave it alone. It is not an electrical problem. It is a mechanical odometer and not something a do it yourselfer can fix at home.
Lots of little pieces!!!!

Might be that your speedo cable broke. They are pretty inexpensive $12-$15 bucks. Not to difficult to change just need patience

Any repairs would require you to remove the speedo from the dash. Are you prepared to remove it?

You will need a variable speed drill, a small length of speedo cable, a precision screwdriver set, some flat spring steel about 1/8 to 1/4 inch wide, and a whole lot of patience.

When you get these together, pm me. ED

My speedo works, odo doesn't. I removed it from the dash twice, first time to replace it with another one that also quit working shortly thereafter, then again to put the original one back in.
As long as the speedo works, leave it in and drive it.
I am curious to learn how to fix the odo, if I can ever stomach removing it from the dash again.
