im looking for a set of headers for a 427 motor in a 1966 chevelle. i am trying to avoid any clearence isues has anyone been through this . thank you for your help

Dont buy the largest primary tube Hookers .
They dont fit for s-it. I think I need more backpressure
Its kinda senseless to have to beat the hell out of them besides the smaller tubes make my car run better.
I presently have three inch pipes and flowmasters.
I will eventually go back to two and a half as well as smaller primary tubes actually
The cheap Thompsons worked better for all around driving . IMO
