This is the Hedman Hustler 2" pipe with 3" collector ...need info or pic of header on starter side .will it clear a kickout pan ??

I'm useing those headers in my '67. Look at this link for pics.

I found a better picture of the right side of the pan. I actualy bent the pan with the jack so I took this picture, There is gobs of room on the right side.

On the pass side do any of the pipes go under the starter or do they all go straight back ....the reasoni ask is I called hedmann and they told me would not fit with kick out pan yet it will clear if they go straight back past the starter and don't bend under the starter .... see my engine pic in sig Thanks

I'm going to do some more work on it tomorrow. I'll try and get you a better picture of the starter area.

Thanks, that would be great but it does look like they should fit ....what confuses me is the regular hedman for 64/67 BB is pn 65002 and also the Hustler version is the same part number both 2" primary with 3" collector .... are they both the same hedder ?? hustler is supposed to be more of a race equal lenght header ?? I will call hedman again

I'm not sure about the part #'s of the other headers. Call them and find out. Good luck. I'll get that picture tomorrow.

Thanks alot ....looks like these will clear my kick out pan .will call hedman on monday ...wish i could get a knowlwedable person to talk to there last time the guy was not helpful at all.

Kirk actually I gave up on Hedmans ... they were very poor at responding to my inquiry on the phone did not seem interested in giving me any details ..... went with Stahl .... Jere Stahl was extremely helpful he sent me pics of his headers bolted on a block with measurements from key points ...they fit great clear my kick out pan and he custom sized the collectors and primary tubes to my engine spec ..... plug clearance and workmanship is awesome FWIW
