How many of you out their run this combo? Any with a solid flat tappet cam?

I have all the parts machined and ready to assemble, but they're still in Baton Rouge. Last year was hard on me financially.

I'm running way behind on this project, but I should have it up and running by this summer.

It will have a solid flat-tappet cam.

Sorry I can't offer any actual experience, but it's the best I can do. Everyone will definitely hear about it when it's up and running.

i have this setup.my heads have 202&160 valves,igot them at the machine shop a guy wanted them hogged out for a street stock,them found out he couldnt use them,never came back.i broke 3 top ring lands after my break-in first time i hit the spray.the guy at the machine shop put in different pistons at no charge,while he was doing the motor i did the polish&port from an article in CHP.i havent hit the spray,wainting till spring .i have about 600 miles on the motor now so i should be ok.the cam is a comp nitrous grind.i buid a motor again it will be a stroker,the difference is really amazing.

I have one, if the planets ever get aligned right I might get it back together with a UD276/284F10 solid. Maybe another week or two.
