Just had my 64 backhalfed with a chassis engineering kit. I went with an adjustable 4 link. What holes do I put the 4 bars in? Do I make the upper's level? Make the bottom level? Do I use an actual level to get it right? Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks

The shop that did the back half did not set up the rear suspension? Most of the time when a rear suspension is done the shop will sqaure and center the rear end in the chassis and establish a basic set up. Ride height, pinion angle,Bar locations, Etc. After this it gets a little more involved. Most of the time you have to get the car to the track and just see how it reacts. Local chassis builder here goes to the track ( If at all possible ) the first time the car is out for testing. Makes the needed adjustments at the track. I would suggest you purchase or borrow some chassis setup / tuneing books and educate yourself if you do not have any support from the people who did the back half on your car. It can get very involved. Just depends how fast and violent your car leaves the line. If its a low HP or slower car a setup thats close is good enough to get by. Good luck and hope everything turns out well.

Get yourself a copy of "Doorslammers, The Chassis Book" by Dave Morgan. It's the best reference around for setting up your chassis.
