I've got SC&C uppers, but I'm going to keep the stock lower control arms.

Any suggestions on lower bushings? Looking for something low friction, not poly or rubber, and I don't want to buy the whole set.

Thanks

Check Speedway out they may have them in sets like your looking for. They do wear quickly so beware, neighbor uses a set a year on his car. That is race car, what they were intended for.

GW Delalums are your best bet. They fit and work well (assuming you don`t have the oval rear bushings which they don`t make). 99% of the circle track LCA bushings I`ve seen and worked with were quite sloppy. Both the steel and nylon Afcos are,the bushings just fall into the housings. Also the "lightweight" nylon versions have no nylon thrust surface, they`re steel (bushing) on steel (frame). Whan did Afco come out with a teflon one? It isn`t on their site,in their latest catalog or at PRI this year.
The only other alternative is Howe`s new Precision Series lower A arm bearings. They`re spherical and made with the same technology as their ball joints. The lash is adjustable so you can take all of the play out of them and they`re greasable, unlike monoballs. We have one client running them on the street with great results but we`re waiting for him to rack up a bunch of miles on them to see how they hold up long term. Mark SC&C
