I want to take a 76 chevelle tilt column and install it in a 72 chevelle wagon. My only problem is the 76 column had no key for it. So I removed the cylinder and replace it with a replacement. It fits fine but will not turn out of the locked position. What am I missing? The shift linkage arm is in the park position as far as I can tell. Help
