The plan is to pull the engine over the winter for a build up. Currently is stock 454 in 3500 lb. car with M22. Plan to go for .030 over and have a new forged crank and almost new merlin heads (310 intake, 119 chambers)Currently going through jegs/summit for cam, bearings etc.and saw a piston kit from WISECO. Seems to be a reasonable price for my budget, however I'm not familar with these.

The car gets about 300 road miles a year and 3-4 times a month to the track. So will these pistons hold up in my car ??

Wiseco is a very well established company and have made pistons for a long time. I run them in my bracket car. I was very impressed with the workmanship, as were all the builders I showed them to. I think you'll be very happy with them. Try Dirt Track Thunder (http://www.dirttrackthunder.com) for a possibly much better price.
