I have a weind 671 blower with the 2 fitings on the back im not sure if they are both the same thing or if they are diffrent, or they are also two diffrent sizes, which one has boots which ones has vaccume? i also need to hook up a boost gauge, and a boost timing master, and the instructions dont say weather to put them on top or below the blower, any help would be great.

The boost gauge has to go below the blower, usually in the intake manifold. Most blower manifolds have a place for it. Same goes for the timing master, you might have to "tee" a fitting if you only have one place in the manifold.
