I bought a book on bracket racing last weekend and learned a lot from it. Chris was right on when he said that RT (reaction time), "the launch) and consistency were the key to successful bracket racing. This book is approx. 100 pages of detailed how to and why for beginner bracket racers like I will soon be. You can have 800 Hp and it won't mean beans if your dial in time is set too high (you can breakout), your reaction time stinks or your car won't hook when it's time to launch...more questions coming. graemlins/waving.gif

It's a paperback called "Bracket Racing". It's approx. 3/8" thick, 8.5"x11" and has 2 cars staging on the cover..... It was $18 and well worth the money. I'm really motivated now. graemlins/waving.gif
