I'm going to be down there on friday with the T/D team for some testing Friday. Just wanted to see if any of the Florida TC'ers might be down there so I could say hello.

No - the chevelle is not going. It is still partially assembled after the Cam break-in. Got my inner springs back in but have to re-install the rockers and run the valves before I can even drive her. Need to get the fuel system replaced before she goes to the track again.

Were you at Sunshine opening night a few weeks ago? I was there and I think maybe I saw your car. I wasn't running, I went down to watch Mike Rietow run. He's a friend of a friend. It's the first time I was ever at Sunshine. I'll probably go back soon and I'll try to look you up and say hi.

My kids have a hockey tournament on Sat/Sun so I won't make it down to Bradenton unless I go at night to hang out and drink... graemlins/beers.gif

I had it marked on the calendar and everything, but somehow lost track of time, don't have the money and on top of it have made tons of other plans, this really sucks! The Monte isn't done anyway and I'm not able to get my license 'til the 1st of April which means I wouldn't have been able to go out there and stomp everyone on the track :D anyways... But I think theres a big street car competition up there April 16-18, I'll definetaly be able to go up then.

I don't mean to change the tune of this post, but since all of you guys live in Florida I have to ask. I'm thinking about moving to somewhere in Florida and i'm just curious as to your guy's opinions on the weather and job availability? I wish I were able to head to the show.

Weather definately better than Illinois!!
There are jobs/ careers available dependant on experience, skills ,training and or profession.
