Not sure if this is the right place. I Got my 6 point roll bar installed. Need some advice on which seat belt harness to install. 5 or 6 point? The car is driven more on the street than track. Want race style harness. The front seats are from a 86 buick. Power, split buckets with fold down armrest. Not the best with the rollbar. (Can go with race seats.)if need be. If so, which race seat. It is capable of running in the mid to high 10s. Which harness would be the nicest install for comfort? If there is such a thing.

I know you need at least 5 point for the track. I bought mine thru Summit RCI brand.

Where would the sixth strap be? My '65 has a five strap belt: crotch strap (1), seat belt (2), separate shoulder straps (2).

There are also requirements for the belt attatching points etc. Check with your local track tech inspector, they can help you.

the 6th is a crotch strap with two hold downs, like a loop up to the crotch,two attaching points at the floor, one attaching point at the crotch.
