My 69 chevelle did not have the horn wire run through the column. In fact, it is an after market steering wheel. I have pulled the column apart and have run the wire for the horn through the column but I cannot seem to place the wire correctly. The turning of my steering wheel breaks the wire because it gets wrapped up in the turnsignal switch. Does anyone know the best way to run that wire?

Your turn signal switch has the horn wire. You may note that there is a plunger on the switch that rubs against the round metal track on the underside of the cancelling cam. You should have electrical continuity from the plunger to a black wire in the harmonica connector down under the dash.

Thanks for that information...I think I know exactly what you are talking about but I am unclear how to attach that to the horn button on the steering wheel without ripping it out. You wouldn't happen to have any pictures of it...do you?
Thanks for the help!
