I have a 66 chevelle dash harness that I have just disassembled. The Connection in the fuse box are pretty nasty and I would like to clean them. Being so small its hard to clean them with a wire brush. Has anyone ever heard of something to soak them in to clean them up from the rust and corrosion? Also, has anyone ever seen where you can get replacement terminals for the fuse box? The ones that hold the end of the fuse? Thanks

It might be best to just replace it all together with new.
I just did this as an interim measure to get my 66 back up and running.
I did take the fuse box loose from the firewall. I used a Dremel tool with a small, ball end carbide cutter to clean the rust off the inside of the clips where the fuses go. Seemed to work. At least the battery will now run the wipers, and the lights all work.
The pink wire from the switch to the fuse box terminal had melted all of it's insulation and was mostly bare, so I replaced it.
I broke one of the factory crimped wires off a the fuse box connection, and just drilled a hole in the bottom of the connector, and connected the new wire with a 6-32 screw and ring terminal.
Yes, its crude, and I plan to change the harness and fuse box later, but this helps troubleshoot the car, and I am not spending any more money until I get the engine rebuild done.

You can get a replacement fuse box from American Autowire/Factory Fit for around $75. Just as good as new with no rust and legible labels. All you have to do is install it on your dash harness which is not too hard.
