: how to figure CFM needs

i have the formula for figuring CFM with a standerd 4 barrel but the way i rerad it there is a differnt formula when using 2 4 barrels. problem is, i can't find the formula. can't figure it ion my own either. anyone able to help.

There are some formulas out there, but most carburetor manufactures will want more specific information rather than go by a formula. The best recommendation would be to determine what brand of carburetors you want to use, and discuss it with that specific manufacture.

You might also talk to some of the old hot rod guys. I don't know of a forum but multicarbs seem to be run more on the old hot rods.

They sure look kool.
