Hello wheel group.

I'm trying to find out what the wheel width is for a '69 ralley with code AZ (if my memory serves me correctly) by the stem. The set (4) that came with the car are 15" and I haven't broken the tires off yet to find out what width they are. I'd like to find a 5th one for use as a spare in the trunk once the restoration is completed.

Any help would be appreciated. :beers:

No 69 Chevelle came with 15 inch wheels. If you're wheels are 15", they aren't stock. And how do you know they're AZ code if you haven't taken a tire off a wheel yet.

I thought that the code was on the outside by the stem. I'm guessing I'm wrong about the location of the wheel code. Now that I'm home I also have the following stampings K-1-5. Perhaps these wheels came from a '65? I'm guessing I'll have to break the tires off so I can see what's what with them.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about the spare being exactly the same code as long as it looked like the other 4.

Might be 75's a bunch of Monte Carlos had 15 X 7 rally wheels
