I was just wondering what would fit better in my 66, a backspace of 4.5 or 5? I wanted to go with 4.75 but centerline charges more for that. My car is also lowered 2 inches in the front and i have the CPP disc brake kit. Please help me, i would like to order the wheels asap.

Either will work,4.75" would be perfect though.5" will look a tad more sucked-in than a 4.5" will and will keep you away from the fenders.
That being said,my new 18x9 fronts will have 5.5" b/s.

If I had to choose only between those two knowing how your car is setup,I'd opt for 5".

i would prefer the look of the 4.5 backspace, but do you think i will have rubbing issues? will there be any rubbing issues with the 5 inch backspace?

4.5" will work fine if that's what you want.If your suspension is firm, you should be fine.As discussed,4.75-4.875" would be better but it doesn't sound like those are options.
The only place 5" would get in the way would be with inboard steering clearance but .25" is not substantial. That would be on a full lock-to lock situation which rarely occurs.

Go order your wheels w/4.5" front b/s...:yes:what are you doing on the rears?
