Well I managed to make it to the 4th round (52 cars in my class today). The track finally got the new LED lights for this race, which I wasn't prepared for, but none the less I did good. With this I should be somewhere in the top 7 in points. I ended up losing in the 4th round with a tire spinning 6.57 on a 6.44 dial.

660' 6.43 @ 104.80mph

Nest race is in the end of April so I will have plenty of time to relax. haha

Wow, just a little more and you will have a 9.9x e.t. smile.gif ! What change(s) moved your 60' into the 1.3x range?

Congrats on going some round and very impressive times. Your car is really picking up some steam.

I buitl a custom anti roll bar...that is the major change. Also before the start of the season when we removed the intake manifold we found that the passenger side intake gasket was blocking the bottom 3/8" of the back 3 ports :eek:

Forgot to mention:

Jovo the president/ceo of G-Tech came up to me at the races last night and wants to take some pictures of my car. He said that if I run his sticker on the side of my car for the season, he will give me a brand new G-tech pro competition unit. It can download data and graph to a computer like RPM, g force, et, mph, horsepower, torque. I figure for free it is probably worth it :cool: So I will be calling him before the next race and he can take the pictures he wants.

Nice going, Mike. Sounds like the bar is working well. IIRC, data recording devices (other than a playback tach) are illegal in bracket cars so you might want to remove it during eliminations. Should be OK during time trials.

Pat...yeah I know about the data recording rules. I probably wouldn't use it at all, but if the guy wants to give me the unit and all I have to do is run his 4" long sticker for a year I figure its worth it.

Sorry if this is off topic but,do you drive your car on the street at all? or is it strictly for the track? I listened to your sound clip and was wondering if you had had any issues with the police and the noise factor on the street. I was thinking about putting bullets on my car, but don't know if it would attract unwanted attention soundwise...

It is street legal, as it is registered and insured however, I do put 108 VP leaded race gas in it (thats what it likes) and given the fact it get between .5-1 mile per gallon ($7.00/gallon) I prefer not to drive it on the street.

The bullets are extremely loud when you jump on it, and I would definetaly not recomend them for street use.

Great Times, and it would appear that you are definitely on a "Roll". It's sure a great feeling to step up to the plate and produce those great numbers.

As to sponsors, we have discussed this in some length with you (Emails), as to the sponsors who have contributed to our LSR effort(s).

One thing in particular, we have emailed each and every company and supplier on our project, and you would be surprised how they respond to this-

"We have used your product (Whatever) for our project (Whatever), and look forward to your company/supplier decal being displayed on our project (Whatever). May we anticipate several company decals and/or logos being predominately displayed on our project (Whatever)?".

As you know, several of them have come thru with alot more than just decals/logos.
