Thanks to the folks that answered my ? about the missing part of the horn cap of my 64 Chevelle with the Standard wheel. Apparently, there is a clip on the back of the cap that holds it to the center of the steering wheel.
I sent a req to ground up and they recommended I look here and on ebay. So here it is...does anyone have a clip I could purchase. If so, please let me know at onlyyellowlabs@msn.com

P.S. I'm getting 19.8 MPG out of my 283 Pwr Pac motor!!! I'm sure the 3 speed transmission is helping but I'm still amazed.
