I have a 70 Chevelle that I am upgrading the rear suspension to minimize the rear movement so I can use larger tires and get better traction. I have decided to use BMR upper & Lower control arms and their drag rear torsion bar. The car will also have a 10 point roll cage. Is it worth buying the BMR Control Arm Mount Brackets? They susposedly reinforce the upper control arm frame mounts by tying the upper & lower mounts together per their ads.

Also any suggestions on front & rear shocks?
