72 Chevelle. The part I'm looking for is the small "^" looking chrome channel that connects the roof rail weatherstrip channel to the A post weatherstrip channel. There is a rubber piece rivet on to it and it provides the seal to the corner of each side door window. Does anyone know the correct name and if I can purchase it anywhere? If not, can I just purchase the piece that's riveted to it? Thanks.

The parts book calls it "retainer, windshield pillar upper corner weatherstrip" Part number 9842875 Fits 69-72

No idea where you would find one other than used.

Thanks for the fast reply Bill. I'm currently searching the the net using that part number but haven't had much luck yet. I actually have the chrome piece but need the rubber piece that's riveted to it.
