Hollow screws solved the problem. Is the carb off the car now...? I would take it off the car for testing it. Im sure something is blocking the fuel comming up from the acc pump. On a holley there is check ball also under the screw, i dont know about your carb. It might also be stuck. Has the carb been sitting...?
