My power window switch on the 79 Camaro smokes when in the up position for the drivers side window. I'm thinking I'll replace it with a 3 way toggle switch. Does anyone know what wire does what?

My power window switch on the 79 Camaro smokes when in the up position for the drivers side window. I'm thinking I'll replace it with a 3 way toggle switch. Does anyone know what wire does what?
It may just need a good clean out, lots of grease and junk can build up in those switches causing them to smoke when high current is passed through them.
