chevelle manuel shows a diagram for 70-72 chevelle ss cowl hood.
it shows the pink wire going to ign and tan to acsry.
doing a search on the site, another diagram was posted showing the pink to battery and tan to ign, which one is correct.
can someone here please take a few minutes and check there fuse panel.

Sorry :( I gave bad advise. The assembly man is correct, the tan wire should connect to the ACC terminal.

A factory harness or correct repro harness will have a keyed connector that will only connect to the ACC terminal.
