here is original instrument cluster....it needs some TLC.....does it look salvageable?
Found date codes on back of clock as well as top of cluster. also has parts sticker.
Yes that reads 28165.1
Most of those were 1/4 mile at a time. She was beaten pretty hard before I got it.

Your tac will have to be sent out to be redone from the rust and you can redo the lense yourself and you could save some coin and just find another speedo from a malibu car off ebay and use it so you dont have to spend the big coin paying to have it redone with the silk screen for a speedo.
