Thanks go out to Wolfplace (Mike Lewis)for excellent pricing on Isky parts and for getting a set of Red Zone lifters out in short order so I could wrap up a project at the machine shop.

Thanks again Mike. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Have a happy holidays! graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Matt,

Finally making a little progress. I've got most of the parts and all of the shortblock stuff is at the machine shop. I should get everything back next week.

I have to mock everything up and check clearances. After that the heads and intake are going out for some additional port work.

If all goes well, I hope to have the engine on the dyno sometime in February.

It will probably be a few months after that until the car sees the track.

Frank,

We will definitely have to try to get some folks together for a track outing. It has been WAAAYYYY too long between passes for me.

I'll keep everyone posted as my "little" SBC progresses.

John,

I'm sure I will be down that way sometime as well. My folks still only live about 2 miles from HRP. I'd like to see what it might do in some good sea level air and a nice sticky track surface. I'd like to see what that red '67 make a pass or two as well.
