anyone here purchased this system for their 67,how did it fit? does flowmaster make it for headers,like 2 1/8 hookers? and how do the tailpipes exit? like factory? :confused: thanks--67ratmember#199

I bought the kit without the mufflers. It fits great. The only thing I did different is invert the section from the headers, gave me an inch more clearance. Pipes exit under the rear bumper. Kit provides a straight and a turndown choice. Took about three hours to install. If you do not buy there mufflers make sure you get the offset/offset muffler.
I'm using hedman elites. The kit is designed for headers. Unless you have a major horsepower engine or are going to drag race the headers you are asking about are way too large. 1 3/4 is plenty for the street.
