Would a 8.08 DCR, iron head engine run on 91 octane and some-what aggressive timing if I have a good cooling system and a .036" quench area?

This has to run fine in California heat sitting in traffic on the freeways :rolleyes:

It looks good to me.

I run 29deg idle, 36deg in at 2800rpm with a 8.1 DCR and .040 quench on 92 oct just fine. 89 oct and I can have some minor knock @wot.

So I'd say it's cherry.
