my 67 came with a 283 and a powerglide, i tossed that set up and went with a 383 and now have a 200 4r to install. what modifications will i need to do so the trans will fit? i hear something about re locating the cross member..

Crossmember must be moved back to the th400 position, there will be no mods needed for the driveshaft, it will fit as is. TV cable is the most important thing, if its not adjusted perfect the tranny will not shift properly and its life will be shortened dramaticly. Do a search for 200r4 in this forum, theres pleanty of info as this has been discussed many times before. Good luck.
