Wondering if I should go snag this(95 GC box), only bummer is it looks kinda leaky.... How hard is it to do a quick rebuild?

You will need a Duralast #8522 rebuild kit... I managed to pick one up in stock locally but do not see it available locally now (but maybe Riebes/Napa?). It looks like Autozone is cheaper than Kragen at $31.99 vs. $45.99. Now these are the FULL kit and include every single external seal, dust cover, O-ring, and gasket in the whole box. PLUS every internal O-ring and teflon sealing ring. Why you even get a few extra parts to have left over ;-)
As to effort and difficulty... I would say it can be done by anyone with decent mechanical ability. You have to use some care and it helps to have a copy of the rebuild instructions (available online in Jim's Steering Papers). You will need to sort the balls into big/little piles (could be done with Crescent wrench). Figure on spending about 2-3 evenings of time. Not too hard to do and when you are done you have a $150 steering gearbox for about $60.
