Where are the oval or "flat " exhaust tips coming from ? I see them from time to time exiting from in front of the rear wheel on a lot of cars. Anyone using them ? They look pretty cool.

The guy that did my exhaust did mine by hand,he said he "ovals" it in a vice.It is ovaled after it exits the muffler.Came out real sweet.
