Anybody ever buy an Eagle or Scat cast steel crank on Ebay from someone call CNC Motorsports? He has a very good rating. Close to 3800 sales with a 99.8% positive feedback. The cranks are selling around $180 plus a fixed $35 shipping cost.
Summit and Jegs sell the same cranks for $289. What is the deal here. Are they really marking them up that much? CNC says that the cranks are not seconds or blemished cranks. Could it be some of them are out tolerance wise and people just arent checking them.
It would seem like with all the cranks their selling someone is surely checking them not just throwing them in the block and forgeting about them.

Check out Dirt Track Thunder (http://www.dirttrackthunder.com). I got mine, in the Scat box, for $199 including shipping.

I've bought several things from Clint Anderson (head monkey at CNC). He's always taken great care of me, fast shipping and everything has been exactly as described. Ditto for Frank Eskra at Dirt Track Thunder - same song, second verse. Both of these guys are stand-up, straight shooters and you won't go wrong dealing with either. HTH

Actually, Frank Eskra is at GoFastStuff.com - still, he's a straight shooter, as are the folks at DirtTrackThunder.
