just got my new hemmings muscle machines magazine and saw Al's 69 COPO,it is under the restoration profile section,great job Al...

Yes, congrats to Albert for his perfectly restored COPO. I especially like the way it was restored, BY HIM, even the paint.

Just got my issue also was happy to see the nice feature on Al's car. Lots of detailed pics and story. Congrats Al.

I'm curious about the door panels on his car, I've never seen such thickly padded and decorative panels.

Yea thats me. Albert made me do the 16 hour drive down to Georgia, then drag that ol rusty Malibu into the trailer, then drive all the way home, all in one shot:mad::confused::p

All with no food, drinks, or bathroom breaks:p Plus!! We get out of the truck in this god forsaken place, and there's friggin cows all around us, aaaaand it's like 120 degrees outside!!
