Im ordering the performer rpm heads and i saw that it said longer pushrods are required for them if using stock rockers. Will this be true if im using aftermarket stock rockers or comp cams roller rockers?

Probably.
It is something you need to check any time you change heads, rockers etc.
Also the pushrods are the last thing you should buy in the valve train department after you have everything put togther so you can measure the geometry.

It says .100'' longer pushrods required when using stock rockers. does that mean 1.5 ratio rocker of any kind? What about comp cams roller rocker 1.52?

Buy an adjustable push rod that covers the meassurement .100 over stock length and use it to make sure your rocker arms are riding on the valve tips right, remember there's a right way and an expensive way! graemlins/waving.gif
