We were talking a bit about intakes for the BB.
What do you think about trying a 454r with Edelbrocks carb adapter that allows you to run a 4150 carb on that 4500 manifold?
Somehow I think manifolds are best when run with the correct carb bore spacing, but maybe Edel did a dandy Job of designing their adapter.
Maybe I ought to just call them. I'm always wary of tech guys answers since they like to sell their stuff.

Ron454, I think that the correct manifold for the carburetor will produce better results. The dominator carburetor and manifold was about 2 tenths quicker and 2 MPH faster on my sons "482".
