Atlanta was great about putting their build sheets in the door panels and seats.....has anyone found a Lakewood build sheet on top of their gas tank? If so what year car?

As mentioned Jim, my '70 coupe had one glued to the driver's door panel and another in the rear seat springs.
The '70 sedan had only one...in the rear seat springs.
