How can I determine what size cam I can use with my existing valve springs. I have the heads off on the engine now.

I have a setup I can measure open & closed pressure & anything in between on an assembled head up to 1000lbs but very few shops will have one. ;)

So,,,,,
Take a spring off, measure your installed height & go to your friendly machine shop & have the spring measured for pressure at this height. Pressure at whatever your valve lift is & where it coil binds.
Subtract .060" minimum from coil bind & this is max lift at your installed height.
