Hey guys, I have been buying parts for my Q jets from JET and the Carb Shop over the years but wanted to know if there was somone a little closer to the east coast that sells parts for these.

What kind of parts are you looking for ?? I have been able to get almost everything I need from the local Chevy dealer ... but you had better know the part numbers.

I am just trying to find jets, metering rods, top gaskets and throttle shaft bushings. The guys in CA are great but shipping to NC just takes a while.

The guy is GREAT. Ive ordered air horn gaskets and other stuff from him- NOT from Ebay, and I had it in a few days, with a few extras thrown in. Jets and rods, Edelbrock is OK. Other stuff, I check him FIRST. For tuning a Qjet, you CANT beat his prices on Air horn gaskets. I know, I looked everywhere for them. I needed a choke rod, asked him about it. I ordered the gaskets, and from my carb #, he threw in teh choke rod for free. Pretty Cool.

Edelbrock sells tuning kits for qjets that come with an assortment of jets and metering rods and a few other odds and ends.
you could always roam around the boneyards and pick metering rods, jets, hangers, and accelrator pump arms off cars out there. you'd just have to know what is what and what parts will work on your carb.
