I have an HP4150 Holley 950 carb that is giving me some idleling prob.
I have 7 psi @ gauge but I noticed that when i'm giving it part throttle that the front squirters aren't working right. Not shooting a stream but almost puddling. The rears are squirting fine but when you let it idle it seems like it is running out of fuel and dies. When it gets to this point if you give it throttle it bogs and dies.
Checked the float level and it was fine. reset air/fuel mixture. Noticed it seems like the last year or so the idleing has been getting worse. I'm wondering if the front pump diaphram is bad. This carb is about 3 or 4 yrs old but the motor isn't run but every month or so and this is usually in the garage or a run down the street and back.
Any ideas?
