I have nothing against Oldsmobile but why use a 70 Chevelle body when we all know that the A- bodied? Olds could really use the reputation for quickness more than the A-bodied 70 Chevelle :D

Interesting...why are there no pics of four wheel burnouts?

At times it can seem like an interesting fantasy to have twice of something in the same package. Of course he now has to drag around all the weight of two heavy engines and transaxles - I'll bet that it turns no quicker than 12's at the drags. Probably never will run it at the drags.

I have seen that posted before and yes seems kind of stupid. Why not leave it an olds. Or why to begin with. But why not. It would be cool in an old street rod or fat body olds. Why ruin a Chevelle. Just like why did the Discovery Channel's Monster Garage destroy a decent Elcamino and then make a classic Vette into a Mud bogger.

Why? Uh the humanity!!! graemlins/clonk.gif

This my quote for faster Chevelles. smile.gif

This also holds true for the "famous" M-22.

The percent drop in rpm between gears is 25%, 22%, and 22%. The wide ratio drops are 25%, 22%, 32%. I don't like the huge drop between 3rd and 4th.

I will admid you need a steep rear gear to keep the close ratio 1st from being dead though..... lucky I havea 4.66! smile.gif
