Is there anny substantial differances in driveshafts. I need one for my 70SS and will be looking. I do have one from and 80's GM midsize, A body that should work,. are the older ones made of thicker, more beefy metal for the higher torque older motors Thanks?

check out craigslist, sometimes you will find a used one for about 40 bucks.
