Finally at a point where I could take some pics. It's been almost 5 months and with the help of everyone here I can almost drive it regularly.

thanks everyone for your positive comments. still quite a bit left to do on my list

I could not find an aftermarket setup I liked so I built a set myself. Strangely, AutoZone had the best looking gauges "stock" so they are Equos. I cut a flat piece of 1/8" aluminum and drilled out the holes. I then wrapped it with BMW felt to give that soft contour look. Was sort of a pain but I can get you guys the template if you plan to cut one yourself.

What color is that?
Custom mix so I guess the answer is I don't know. It's nothing special I just wanted a lighter shade of the GM midnight blue metallic.

What are the seats out of?
They are Mazda RX-7 seats but I could not find a black set. They were originally tan. it was a 2-wk process to dye them using the leatherique.com process. They are leather.

I was waiting for someone to call me out on that. I don't use it anymore since I finished installing the security system

I purchased the "diamond cut" replacement housings for our application. 5.75" I believe. It was of poor quality but sure looked great (and yes, made in China). I returned them and will purchase the Hella H4 conversion with the flat face. I will also install a set of HID 4200K H4 conversion. I've had great experience with these units even if they are from China. Not all China stuff is bad just like not all American stuff is necessarily good ;)

A few folks requested pics of the dash template. Here are some pics of the Instrument Cluster install instead? I was not able to find the template. It's too bad.. it had measurements. You can even see the cardboard cutout in one of the pics. If you spend more time i'm sure you can the dash better than mine. If I had more time, I think I would have experimented with Fiberglass. Anyway, there are a lot of areas to improve upon.

Hope this helps.
