I just bought a 70 chevelle ss that is missing the division code 1 on the cowl tag...

ST 70 3637 is what it reads, is this something that I should be concerned about? I have no paperwork on the car but it has all the basics F41 suspension/ sway bar, front discs, correct tachs/ gauges. Thanks for any help

More than likely nothing more that a stamping error when made at the factory.

Agree, need a photo of the tag. FWIW 'correct' tachs can vary between plants for the same engine. :thumbsup:
