AFAIK, it is not available in any electronic form from the NHRA.

NHRA doesn't give anything away free.. smile.gif

For $59.95 annually, you get membership into NHRA, a NHRA rules book, forty-eight issues of National Dragster, a 10% discount on NHRA merchandise, admission into the NHRA hospitality center when/if available at major events, an excess hospitalization policy that is valid if injured at a sanction NHRA event, a $10 discount coupon that can be used towards the admission price at each of the 23 sanctioned NHRA national events, free admission into the NHRA museum in Pomona, California, membership card, members decal and member pin. Thats all I can think of right now.

I think NHRA will sell you just the rules book
for around $10. Or, you should be able to buy
one at your local speed parts store.
