Wanted to share the setup data, maybe this will help someone else as they go through it.

Set up my Dart 310 Pro One heads last night. I amusing Comp 930 springs (153 seat @ 1.900 / 354 rate) w/ titanium retainers for ahyd roller application with the Comp 854 lifters. I decided to run these at 160 seat for installed rates of 160/372 which calls for 1.88" ht by Comp w/ steel retainers. Using the titanium retainers, had to drop installed ht. to 1.86" due to shorter step (.125 for steel, .105 for the titanium) for inner spring. I did check every spring, and found the pressures @ installed ht of 1.86" to be within a couple of percent - going to say maybe 1-2# on my tester. Again, just pays to measure.

P/V was again checked with the heads torqued down with the .051 gaskets I will be running, using checking springs and adjustable pushrods for correct valvetrain geometry adjusted right at "0" lash with no preload. Intake clearance is .109 minimum right at TDC, exhaust is .340 approx 10* BTDC. Figuring in the running springs add .020 clearance and 1/2 turn preload adds in another .0275, that should give me .156 intake, .387 exhaust. Should be good to go this time.
