Finally! Since the build started on Nov.12/03 we found a suitable roller to put it in. The wife said "aren't you excited?" and I said "no". How can you get excited during a stressfull occasion! It fired right away which I wasn't expecting. It actually idles quite well with the XR300HR cam. 11.5:1 comp + open headers= happy neighborhood! Thanks again to Mike Lewis for the valve train pieces. graemlins/beers.gif

I been doin this stuff a LOOOOONG time & firing them up on the dyno the first time & especially the first few pulls are still a bit "stressful" :D

I'll bet that XR grind sounds pretty mean. Congrats on the successful milestone.

Actually the cam idles way better than I expected. Should have went bigger I guess!
