I want to have a 3" exhaust from the headers through the mufflers then 2.5" out the rear.
But every way I price it out I can buy new complete 2.5 system for less.
The only way I can come close to the kit is with the straight 3"x 4' sections of pipe between the headers and mufflers.
I havent seen any 3" head pipes with the "S" type bend and I dont know if the tail pipes will align if I dont have the "S" in there? :confused:
Anyone done this? Got pictures?

I bought the Flowmaster 2 1/2" tailpipes and hooked them up to 2 1/2" flowmasters. All the flowmasters have 3 1/2" internal tubes. I then had a local shop expand the inlet to the mufflers to 3" and custom bend and weld in 3" pipe from the collectors to the mufflers for $75.

torquetechexh. (http://www.torquetechexh.com/default.htm) sells 3 in head pipes. You could try these or get a full 3in all the way back.

I looked at the Torquetech head pipes 200.00 bucks plus 200.00 for mufflers, add 100.00 and I can buy the Flomaster 3" system.
I just need to find someone local who can mandrel bend 3" pipe.

You are alot better welder than I am, I'd have holes blown through everywhere.
