I just got my AFX spindles with their stock metric studs, my rear drums are stock. So basically this means I have two different bolt patterns and lug requirements. Is there any way to get things the same in all 4 corners to make it easy when ordering up some wheels. I'm leaning towards Fikse or HKE's, can these "modern" wheels even bolt up to a rear drum setup?

The bolt circle should be the same.
From the rear, I removed the stock studs and replaced them with some metric (M12 X1.5) studs. I did have to drill out the stud holes in the axles a little because the new studs had a larger knurl diameter.
I happened to remove the axle when I did this as I was doing a rear disc swap at the same time. I'm not sure if you need to remove the axles from the rearend just to R&R the studs; I doubt it.
:beers:

Well, you could press in new studs into your rear axles to make the rears match the fronts. Is your bolt pattern different from front to rear too? You could then cross drill your axles while they are out to match the front bolt pattern.
Any custom wheel shop will build your wheels to whatever bolt pattern you need. As for lug seats, they are all usually drilled to accept a 60 degree conical seat lug nut, so it really doesn't matter if your thread pitch is 12x1.5, or 1/2, or 7/16... We do it all the time with our Rushforth Wheels (http://www.rushforthwheels.com). And yes, they'll all bolt right up to your drums....until you upgrade those suckers!
