Man I wish I had the money around to buy this right now. The 69 would be a few steps closer to being exactly what I want it to be, and for less money than I figured it would cost to do it. Part out the rest and I figure the swap will end up only costing a few grand.

last year, i knew of an 05 GTO with a 6 speed that was hit hard in the rear that i could have gotten for $1500 if i had the cash on hand.
that 6.0/6 speed would have been really sweet in my Monte.. the seats would have also been a pretty nice addition to the interior..

No offense but that has to be one of the dumbest moves I have heard of in quite some time.:sad: An aluminum 6.0 & a 6 speed for $1,500 - You could have tripled your money in 24 hours.

Pretty much anyone can get $1,500 I would think. I'm broke too but when a deal like that comes along I could find it.
